Join me for a backbend flow practice, ideal for the morning or midday, that will energise your body and strengthen your spine. The practice builds up slowly, with a focus on mindful core activation to support and protect the lower back. Using yoga props like blocks and straps, we will safely deepen into the postures and explore new spaces. We’ll also stimulate the heart chakra, helping you to feel more open, uplifted and connected. So, allow yourself to expand, breathe deeply and embrace the energy flowing through you. I look forward to flowing with you!
