This gentle 20-minute class is designed for the days when everything feels a little sore or heavy. We move slowly through floor-based stretches, soothing twists, and simple postures that release stiffness, improve circulation, and bring ease back into the body. This practice felt like a sacred conversation with my own body – I hope it feels the same for you too.
For this practice it's nice to have a bolster, or perhaps a couple of cushions and bricks.

Oh gosh. I was feeling terrible - 'everything hurt' - but dragged myself to the mat and opened Yoga Easy. This class jumped out at me. No need to think twice. I lay down in the first position, put my hands on my belly and burst out into tears. Sobbed and sobbed and sobbed through a good 10 minutes or so. Wow! Something clearly needed to get out! Never had such an experience before - it really was just what I needed... Thank you so much!

Thank you, that was wonderful. Have been suffering from an overstretched left hip flexor and a painful right heel (plantar fasciitis) for the past couple of weeks so have felt in pain and very unbalanced! This is my first venture back to yoga after seeing a physiotherapist and it was perfect. How I have missed it!
