What a treat! a wonderful medley of all of my favourite restorative poses. The legs up the wall at the beginning gave me what I can only describe as a sweet ache in my legs as all of the tension drained away. I also could have stayed in the bolster poses for much longer because they felt so good! excellent programme Esther- thank you so much. I will be repeating these classes many times in the future. xxx
