In this class, we weave together movement and stillness, effort and surrender – inviting harmony into both body and mind. We begin with flowing yang movements to awaken your energy and release the day’s tension, then soften into deep yin postures, allowing space for whatever needs to be seen and felt. This practice is ideal for those moments when slowing down feels difficult, yet deep down you know you need it. Take the time, breathe, and allow yourself to reconnect. 
You will need a bolster.
