We've only got 30 minutes to move but we start this strong practice with a moment of breath work and grounding. After fully arriving in the body, we move through a little core work adventure to get the fire started! Then we do some Sun Salutations, followed by a bit of stretching, balancing, twisting and arm balancing. Expect Plank variations mixed throughout, along with some creative transitions. By the time you get to Savasana your arms might feel a bit wobbly and you should be thoroughly “cooked”!
