When we get stuck, feel blocked and uninspired, caught up in a negative thought story, and don't know what do to, where should we begin? Jeff talks about what being "stuck" really means, and how to respond from a place of presence and curiosity. He explains how there can be a certain violence and unkindness in our images and ideas of spiritual freedom. If we can actually embrace and accept the feeling of being blocked, instead of turning away from it, then perhaps great change and creativity can happen.

I woke up late and did not make it to church. I decided to listen to your most recent talk. Jeff, your talk seriously moved me spiritually into a free open-heart lightness like church has never come close to. Gratitude and blessing,

Jeff, When I first saw this session on the site I was mired in stuckness, though didn't think it applied to me. That was several years ago, but I was reminded of this session recently on the site and now I am accepting the stuckness. I carry a much lighter load. At long last, thank you.
