This is a full-body strength and sculpting session using both a long resistance band and a mini band to create resistance, challenge our control and deepen our focus. We will begin with upper-body focused exercises like tricep dips and biceps curls, then move into full body exercises to build core and legs power. The session will finish standing with band-enhanced arms strengthening movements to improve our posture. Expect to leave feeling empowered, centred and strong from head to toe.
Suggested props: long and mini resistance bands.
