This is a full-body strength and sculpting session using both a long resistance band and a mini band to create resistance, challenge our control and deepen our focus. We will begin with upper-body focused exercises like tricep dips and biceps curls, then move into full body exercises to build core and legs power. The session will finish standing with band-enhanced arms strengthening movements to improve our posture. Expect to leave feeling empowered, centred and strong from head to toe.
Suggested props: long and mini resistance bands.

Thank you Vanessa, that was wonderful. Yes, like Elisa, I would love more hour long classes in a range of styles and also more ideas how to do gentle strength with resistance bands, like this one as it is really helpful and motivating to be shown how to do certain things.

This is a perfect class for me. Please, YE, would love more 60 min, lev 2 (in intensity not difficulty) yoga or pilates classes. They are my favorite.
