This mix of Yoga and Pilates is designed to support you specifically in the second trimester of pregnancy. It helps to maintain strength and stability in the core in a safe and appropriate way, and builds strength and stability in the legs, hips and glutes as well - which is helpful to support the pelvis and lower back as the belly grows and the body needs to adapt to a different weight distribution. We also work with our mobility and flexibility in a gentle way, to try to ease any aches and pains that may be present, keeping the body supple.
