Hi Joey, have dry eyes and was looking for yoga for the eyes and this class came across, love your explanation of Drishti and this is exactly what I needed, a reminder that too much focus of my eyes do not help, love peripheral vision, thank you!

When I manage to really relax and broaden the gaze, it often becomes difficult not to close the eyes. I know the eyes should remain open, but why is that?
