This 30-minute practice is an intermediate-level class designed to build strength, mobility and balance, with a functional focus on the shoulders and upper body to support healthy joint movement and stability. You'll be guided through a strong, steady flow while keeping the whole body engaged. Toward the end of the class, deeper stretches help release tension and improve overall mobility. A well-rounded, energising practice that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.
