I took a hiatus from this platform for something like 10 years. In that time, I became a yoga teacher and taught for several years myself! But I've been doing a lot of weightlifting and climbing recently, and I've drifted away from my consistent asana practice. My body has been begging me for more stretching and mobility! Very happy to see the site is still up & running (albeit under a different name!!) And it makes my heart so happy to see you so well after all these years, Esther. Thank you for sharing your practice with us!
