We'll warm up properly and get the chi moving with a short shake out, shoulder rolls and some spinal waves. We'll give some extra attention to the waist area, which can be congested without noticing; when opened you may notice a nice, spacious feeling in your body and mind. Also we'll do some work in Goddess pose, which will challenge the legs somewhat to give you that feeling of strength. Next... all you have to do is to enjoy the rest of your day!

Hi Esther, thank you so much for this programme. This was my first class back six weeks due to a serious leg injury and then a bad case of Covid. So great to be back on the mat again. It was true that I felt tired before starting but I feel so happy to have started again, and I love the idea of a slow build up programme over the next few weeks, all seems manageable.
