An all round movement practice to find a middle / moderate path – nothing too intense, but not a restful practice either. Some lunge and movement variations lead into side bends, pigeon pose and more leg movements. Some challenging squats changing sides might be the peak moment before we head upside down and finish in shoulder stand.
