A slow, grounding Hatha class to help the body recover and replenish between stronger practices. We’ll focus on gentle opening, steady breath, and mindful awareness to soothe the nervous system while keeping subtle strength alive. Expect familiar shapes approached with more spaciousness, and one new, meditative movement that invites curiosity and calm.
