A nice, juicy hour of stretch and flow! We take our time to attune to our breath then quickly find some movement and core activation. Sun salutations are followed by a sprinkling of standing poses and creative upper body and core strength sequences. Some work with Warrior poses is spiced up with a bit of hamstring activation throughout. Finally, the class peaks with a deep twist and some work in Warrior 3, followed by a standing balance sequence, making use of our warmed-up hamstrings! We round it out with spine strength, some backbends and a few floor twists to give you that full body ‘zing’ in Savasana!
