In this 30-minute workout, we will build fundamental strength, starting from the core and moving up to the glutes, legs, back, and upper body. Inspired by the Pilates method, we will focus on breathwork to activate the deep core muscles, helping you control your movements and isolate specific muscle groups more effectively. Since we use only body weight in a functional way, no equipment is needed. Despite this, the precise and controlled execution of each exercise ensures a challenging and effective workout. This session is suitable for all levels and provides a solid foundation for a strong and safe practice.
