Wrists and shoulders sometimes need a break! If you still want to practice a Vinyasa flow and keep moving, without putting too much pressure on wrists and shoulders, here’s some ideas on what to do and how to do it. Mainly standing postures to maintain your strength but also some deep hip openers to encourage a deeper stretch.

Some days it feels like there is no energy to do anything. Usually doing something can bring about a very nice shift in energy on those days, like today. I do not have wrist problems but it did feel very nice to do this class and NOT rely on wrist-arm-upper body strength in the way I normally do, not only physically but also on an emotional/psychological level. Lovely. I can "handle" a lot more now :-)

Really enjoyed this class. As a newbie to the site, in this class I could really feel awareness of my breath without consciously trying. Finished feeling renewed, relaxed and energised. Thankyou. Will this 30 day challenge be available throughout the year or just throughout September??
