We will move dynamically through poses like Yogic Squat, Prasarita Padottanasana and Skandasana – also exploring agility patterns with animal flows and Tittibhasana arm balance. After a dynamic sequence cultivating freedom and energy in our entire lower body, we will rest in deep glutes and hip flexor stretches. This session is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their range of motion in their hips and feel powerful in movement.
