Twists are key to build our core strength and improve our spinal mobility. This dynamic class will challenge our stability and control as we move through poses like Fallen Triangle, Single-Leg Chaturanga and Downward facing dog with a twist. We will also explore Revolved Koundinyasana and Side Crow with variations and step-by-step suggestions to progress towards more confidence and ease. We will close with a floor based sequence focused on opening our chest and hips flexors to counterbalance our standing flow.
