This class was recorded on the Autumn equinox when day and night are equals. Physically, we'll explore sensations in the sitting bones and pelvis area, practicing various shapes and poses to see how small shifts to keep the pelvis neutral can have a big effect on our ability to stay balanced. And, of course, a class with me will include the usual integrated philospophy, exploring looking at life through a balanced lens. Props: A block.
