If your life is very busy with no time to think, no time to practice, no time to relax... this practice is for you. We'll use embodied movement and breath awareness to feel space within our joints, space between the vertebrae of the spine and also to reveal the space, stillness, and sanctity with our mind (because even though we might not feel it, it's always there!).
