Life can, at times, be challenging and demanding which may lead us to feel overwhelmed and out of control. We can't control life and the world us around but there are some simple tools we can use to help us take a step back – to give ourselves time to process, check in with ourselves and to be gentle, forgiving and kind. Here are some simple movement, breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation techniques to help you cope.
