Some Yang postures to awaken the chi, some meditation to sense the Third chakra, some Yin to stimulate the meridians, and some more meditation to integrate it all. A slightly different structure than a regular practice, but highly effective to harmonise these energies. 

Please have a block, blanket, bolster to hand.

A very interesting class for someone who always like to know why it might be good to do something just as much as how to do it. It brought me some insight in the way of "of course, that is why!" which makes it seem doable to change.

Ohhh Anat how can I thank you... This class was wonderful, I've been dealing with lots of stomach aches and reflux lately, and this practice seemed to have calmed it down a bit _/\_ And of course, as always, your words of wisdom have resonated in me, I needed to hear that my life is complete and perfect the way it is, and that I can find "completeness" only within myself. Dear Anat thank you so much!! I am so happy that you added another one of these classes- I especially needed this class for the manipura and the stomach and spleen meridians. I am in need of lots of healing- the cancer has spread and has worsened in the abdominal cavity, liver and also lungs. I have increased pain in my upper abdomen. This class was wonderful. xxoo

Thank you, Anat. Your teachings on the chakras have helped me understand them as never before. A question about breathing: Near the end of class, you say to resist letting the diaphragm descend. When I do that it feels like I'm holding the breath. Is that the intention?

Hi Stephanie. It is natural to stop breathing when you resist the diaphragm, but not necessary. You can gently resist and still inhale, which will shift the direction of the prana. See if that is possible and keep it soft. But if nor possible, no worries; everyone is different and it can still be beneficial to do.

Great class. Nice balance of Yang, Yin & wisdom.I love Yin when I do it but rarely opt for a full Yin class. Perhaps this is a reminder to do at least one Yin per week. 🙏🏻❤️

I felt quite emotional when you asked to hold the left index finger and then the right. Noticed that my breath would just stop sometimes. You are a wonderful teacher. Lots of love :)
