We will indulge in some nourishing movements for the spine (including rolling on the floor), some opening of the hips and a bit of dynamic movement and breathwork – all to help you feel to like a true champion!

I always enjoy your classes, but this one was especially wonderful! A perfect blend of familiar and less familiar moves… Please do more like this, maybe even with a few extra minutes of rolling around on the floor (I did this anyway!). My breakfast today is apple crisp with yogurt as we had a bumper crop of apples on Mayne Island this autumn. My favourite breakfast EVER was when I had the good forture to visit Kauai and bought $2 little papayas and huge local limes at the farmers market. Pure ambrosia … I can still taste it. Dear David, wonderful as always. I had already had a coffee, but your description of breakfast in German hotels made me conscious of it right away, and I can confirm, sehr lecker. However, breakfast in Dutch hotels is also sehr lecker. Now I'm hungry;-) Herzlichen Dank for the great practice.

Such a beautiful class David. Thank you. My body feels wonderful and truly energised after this. I was giggling throughout also with the breakfast references... and by the end of the class really excited to have my pancakes!! I have to agree though.. the German bircher muesli, creamy yum is my favourite also. Thank you!!

Breakfast is the meal that breaks the fast, be it at 7 am, noon or 2pm. You have served me many a meal over the last decade+, David, and they have all been nourishing in one way or another. I may have encountered flavours I loved and some that perhaps tickled my taste buds a little less, but nourishing it all was. For that I am truly thankful. One thing I never take for granted is the blessings that sometimes find their way to me. Synchronicity once again at play I have been nourished by this treat for champions that you served up. Not that I felt like much of a champion initially, but that's why I had a helping of nourishing, yoga breakfast. And now, digesting it all, I wonder if it is a tiny champion seed I can sense, awakening inside.
