You know you'll feel better afterward but those moments before your practice can be hard - especially when you reeeeally don't feel like unrolling your mat! Well done for doing it anyway! This practice is designed to inspire you to keep going. We begin in Hero's pose with a few scrumptious breaths to land. Then we start flowing through a delicious combination of stretches that reach all parts of your body, moving through energising Warriors, Skaters' poses and backbends. We relax with some hip opening twists and finish up in child's pose. Well done for showing up, Hero!

I reeeeally didn't feel like practicing today but so glad I did. This was such a skilfully crafted sequence which slowed down my breath and got into every nook and craft of my rusty-feeling body. Oh, and I could have fallen asleep in that half frog variation, it felt so delicious. Thank you, dear Anna 🥰

Wonderful class, Anna. You got me thinking with your "pressure on the chest creating comfort" comment. I find myself going to sleep on my back when I'm calm and happy, but definitely on my stomach when I'm stressed out. Hmmm.
