Purnatva: Perfect Heart. This class is a reminder that our essence is perfection. When we get ill or are otherwise compromised in health or ability, we have the tendency to view ourselves as defective or incomplete. This class serves as a way to connect to the part of ourselves that is always full and complete, no matter what the circumstance. This very gentle practice will lead you through soft twists, forward bends, and some stretching and a nourishing relaxation to complete the class.

Thank you Sandra, this was absolutely perfect for me as I recover from an operation. Disappointed with my slower recovery than I expected I have been doing so much more meditation and pranayama which of course has been wonderful. But I do miss doing yoga and this practice has been a lovely experience and very accessible for me. Thank you so much! Namaste!
