If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and/or experience sleeping problems, this class is for you. The focus is on dropping into your body. Grounding your energy in your body will help you get out of your head. Feeling your body will help you calm down and feel more secure and stable. At the end of class we'll do some breath exercises that settle your energy and focusses your mind. With Supta Baddha Konasana, Vrksasana, Savasana and more. For this class you'll need two blocks and a long bolster or two large, heavy towels.

Thank you, Sandra, for this very relaxing class. I have a hard time with anxiety and this was what I needed. I repeated the class several times because I find it so helpful when my anxiety becomes unbearable. Especially the breathing exercise at the end gives me the calmness to overcome the anxiety and to go on with my day.

Hi Tina, thank you for sharing. Whenever you feel anxious, it is good to come back to routines, where you have some predictability. `So repetition is a good thing :) Please also, try my psoas classes because you might find that releasing the tension in your muscles can help you with anxiety too. Thank you, Sandra ~ such a calming, grounding class. The breathing at the end was active yet soothing, also, laying on the bolster with feet on blocks, shoulders on floor was very, very soothing. A class to come home to often. <3
