A therapeutic yoga practice which aims to help maintain a healthy digestive system. It is best practiced first thing in the morning or some time after eating food (2 hours). With a combination of standing and seated twists, you will be stimulating your digestive system, your fire centre with Nauli Kriya and Agni Sara, the breath of fire.

Dear Andrew, Thanks for this class! I have a question though... In de revolved triangle (the standing twist) I have difficulty keeping my back-heel/foot on the floor. Does this matter? Or should I place my feet more close to each other? Or place my back foot a bit more out? Any tips might help! Thanks

Thanks Andrew! I feel my inner fire bursting out of my feet:) especially during and after the agni sara. I tried this breathing technique for the first time and I think it is working. Hope you can post more videos on digestive restoration, cheers

I suffer from panic attacks and hyperventilation and for that reason I'm a bit afraid of trying the breathing techniques. However, I do suffer from IBS and therefore I am looking for something to support my digestive system. Can I skip the breath things?

Hello Andrew What a wonderful class. I now feel open and joyful despite tension around me. I really like the way you explain things clearly and help us move slowly, feeling the full benefits of a posture before moving to the next. Thank you! Hi Sadie, different traditions teach these practice's in different way. Agnisara has more emphasis on the the diaphragm and is slower, kappalbhati is faster with focus upon the frontal lobe of the brain.

I so appreciate the variety of "techniques" - the movement, the breathwork, the awareness - the pacing, the multiple options for postures and of course, your wise and caring guidance.
