Keep your practice going even if your wrists are not very strong. Hands, wrists and lower arms can be strengthened with regular yoga practice, but sometimes it might be a good idea to give them a rest. Practice this sequence instead, with Sun Salutations, standing and sitting postures, all of them gentle on your wrists but still stimulating your upper body. Forearm plank and other forearms postures are practiced.

Lovely class. Delighted to finally find a class for people with weak wrists. I have a ganglion on one wrist so find weight-bearing on the wrists hard. This class is perfect. Thank you!

thank you very much for this Francesca! I've had an accident some time ago, which I overcome with several injuries amongst others both arms broken and my poor left wrist.
