This yin yoga class is themed around the Earth element, focusing on the stomach and spleen meridians as understood in Chinese medicine. With long-held poses that stretch and compress the front line of the body, this session supports digestion, emotional stability, and a grounded sense of balance. Hopefully you'll step off your mat feeling nourished, centered, and deeply connected to your inner foundation.
You'll need a bolster, blanket and couple of (optional) blocks.
