A short and simple practice that packs all you need into one class. We start with a longer meditation. From there, you'll be guided through a series of poses, including some more fiery and energising ones. Of course, you'll get to enjoy a restorative Savasana at the end.

Thanks dear. No, you can do it in the afternoon or early evening too. I wouldn't recommend doing it late in the evening, as it's a bit too energizing for that. That's also why it makes most sense to do it in the morning: we'll start slow to gently wake up, and then move into more energizing poses.
