Yin wall practice

That 40 minutes just flew by! I always enjoy the opportunity to let the wall take the weight of my legs, and loved doing it with your guidance so that I could get a full 5 minutes for each posture, and be able to just relax into it. Thanks so much, MacKenzie!

Wall Yin is one of my faves! I've been traveling and sitting for several days, so sorely needed. Thank you. Because the wall is such a great prop, I always remind my students to save some wall space at home--its very easy to fill up all our space with stuff. In a pinch, sometimes the hallway will work.
