Not really a full on Yin class, but more of an invitation to 'yin things out a bit'. This class is particularly helpful when you feel stressed out, hyper or anxious and wish to calm down a bit and reconnect, without the sedating quality that most Yin practices have. We don't stay too long in the poses, just enough to calm down and observe. Have your usual Yin props ready if you normally need them.

I hadn’t practiced yoga for a while despite doing a lot of physical work outside and having aches and pains. I wanted something physical but not too physical and so this yin but not yin class was perfect. Love practicing with you Anat, thank you!

Yes, I understand that perfectly; yin yoga, like everything else under the sun, is not for everybody. But yin and yang are relative terms, a bit of yin is also yin. Thanks Gael.

Thank you Anat. This practice was perfect for me as I have been struggling with an injury since last April and am trying to bring a daily practice in to my life. I find your words so thought provoking and you have left me with so many self enquiries this morning! I love the way you are so natural and genuine and to me this is the way yoga should be taught. I am teaching 2 classes of my own today...and your class has made me feel stronger mentally as I always get knotted up inside beforehand. Namaste
