Thank you Clayton. This is very helpful. I don't know about others, I am finding an increase in new people starting yoga with wrist problems. I think you are right that it comes from the shoulder and upper back tension. Freeing off the upper back is so useful.

Hi Clayton Thank you for this rare gem of class. It was extremely beneficial for my wrists and arms after months of baby care and crocheting. Your idea to look into the root of the problem and the back bends were awesome.

hey man that was awesome, I do not have any of those problems at all but, the champagne exercise was awesome, since I'm a runner (and I can not wait to take that hips clinic class that you have, for my running form) I'm pretty familiar with the foam roller, and let me tell you it works miracles as you might know as well, love it love it! my best regards namasté.

Thank you so much for this. I had a a lot of hand and wrist injuries through my teenage years and now spend a lot of time sat at a computer so my shoulders and upper back regularly experience a lot of tension. I'm really looking forward to incorporating some of these techniques into my practice. Thanks.

Dear Clayton, thank you for sharing these gems with us! I am rehabilitating a chronic shoulder/elbow/wrist problem created from RSI in the work place, and struggling to find the balance as a yoga teacher. The "champagne exercise" is a winner! Blessings and thanks again, Liv

Hi Clayton—found your class at the perfect time, as I have been struggling with wrist and thumb pain which is further complicated by Rheumatoid arthritis. I have successfully gotten through “flare-ups” before with yoga. But your approach and the champagne bottle exercise have been game changers for me. Thank you so much—I’m flagging this as a “favorite”
