One way to have a peaceful mind and increase serenity is through the work of compassion; the wish to alleviate your or another’s pain or sorrow. Compassion inspires action. This class invites you to extend compassion to yourself through the practice of ahimsa (non harming) and befriend your body and mind. Expect a gentle shake out, Pentacle pose, a gentle opening of the joints, and some heart opening Yin poses including Sphinx pose and Melting heart pose.

This class is part of Esther's Mindful Morning Yoga program.
