Happy Winter Solstice! As we enter the colder and darkest months of the year, let's take a moment to pause. With journaling and gentle poses in a restorative style, you'll be able to relax, noticing what is essential and what you can let go of as we enter the Winter season.

Oh Laia, I ended up taking this on a stormy, not-so-jolly Christmas Eve and didn't want the poses to end. Thanks for coaxing me into nourishment. I hope you get to see this comment (some of us Ekhart yogis really miss that dialogue option in the comment section with our wise teachers).
