Where are we going with all this yoga stuff? Raghunath cracks open the often enigmatic 8th and final limb of yoga called Samadhi, considered by sages as the goal of yoga.  Raghu does this in an easy to understand, practical, yet traditionally grounded presentation. What does it mean to be totally absorbed in spirit, to see spirit in every one and everything, to love those who don't love you if not hate you? Raghu tackles these topics and helps shed light on connecting our yoga asana practice and this lofty stage of advanced yoga in easy to understand, entertaining, and inspiring 30 minute talk. If you'd like to deepen your yoga practice this one is for you.

This is yet another great lecture from you. I find your way of describing, informing, to be very useful. Theories, probably not the right word, become accessible(ish). What you talk about sounds doable, like, I think I can do some of this, I can aspire in this direction. For me, that is the mark of a great teacher, and I'm not just saying that to validate you or your work :-) And as for lectures, talks, please keep 'em coming :-)

Thank you for this inspiring teaching. I touched me specially because you make it so earthly with the examples you give and because you talked a lot about the soul in stead of only the mind. Also that everything is a gift, also our body. Therefore it touches me more in the heart and makes it more personal. I will for example take in reconsideration to become a vegetarian instead of a flex-tarian. It could become the switching point which was already in the air for a long time.

This makes a lot of sense. I set out to listen to this in 10-minute increments, but I listened all the way through. He captured my attention and left me wanting more of what he has to say :)

Great teaching style; great message, and as Anne says, it does sound doable. In fact, it is doable with a little mindfulness and effort. Thank you very much.

Ok, so yoga is my iTunes and I'm an iPhone 78s (yeah, I'm that advanced) ha ha ha, I like it, and then I guess as you age, you don't give a funk about people think about you, I got that too late, and all the stuff that you talked about, I was like... S&$t yeah I can relate to some of that ha ha ha, well after all I guess I'm in the right path this time, and I have learn to love myself. I hope you have more talks like this, I will be waiting for them!!! Thanks bro!!!

Thank you for this. I relate to it on many levels. I like the fact you point out that looking good is part of materialism. I also like the fact you point out that everything is' on loan' even our bodies and children and we need to look after them both. Really helpful perspective and thank you for taking the time to share this. It is much appreciated.
