Delicious way to segue your day! This is a great short practice for calming the mind, centring the nervous system and letting go. It will drop your blood pressure and give you a tremendous sense of ease. Enjoy!

I was waiting and waiting for the end and I finally opened my eyes and you were done! I don't know where my mind went, but it was gone and it was great!

Wonderful Vera. For me, if I only have a few minutes, this is the very best way I can use it to 'empty out'... glad it worked!

I love this! Would you recommend doing a counterpose after this, like legs-up-the wall? Or something else? Then savasana? This was lovely!

Hi Kristin, Lots of options and possibilities but it is complete in itself, or a lovely addition to the end of class or as a series of finishing options. Leg's up the wall would be like a double dip of lowering blood-pressure. Could be very nice or too much - have a play and see :) Warmest wishes!

I return to this often. Thank you!!

Hi James, I'll try it now. Just wanted to know if this is also suitable for people with higher blood pressure. I'm asking because my husband often complains about pressure in the head when it hangs down. But it would be very useful for him.
James21.06.2016
Hi Christine, Well, the answer is complex in that this practice is great for lower blood pressure (expect this wall hang alone to reduce blood pressure by about 20-30 points) but if there's a lot of pressure in the head, it could feel counter-productive. I would recommend doing something like my 'quick slow fix' class on here first, to bring the blood pressure down enough to make the hanging bearable. Good luck! Warmly James

Just did this after a 30 minute cardio session - perfect way to calm the breath and center myself for Easter brunch. Thank you!

Fantastic. Thank you. (I like to watch the videos before I do them, and I genuinely felt much calmer just watching, too.)

Very, very lovely! After a stressful day I nearly fell asleep leaning back against the wall. I am so relaxed I am almost floaty. Thankyou.
