Hi Char, no secrets, just awkward, smaller blanket not completely in the back of the knees, do the best you can.. Kal, Yes its what we should do, as soon as I have the right person for the job, I'll get it started..

Wow this just made my stiff calves feel so much better! Thank you Esther! PS. I second Kal's request for a children's yoga program, I love the idea of doing yoga with my daughter on the website someday.

Thank you esther; such a simple pose and it felt so good! Also I was wondering if there are any members of the ekhart yoga team that could do a series of yoga programmes for children. I have a nephew (aged 7 years) who finds it difficult to sit still and concentrate in class and I have a feeling that something like yoga could maybe help him. Just a suggestion for the future maybe! xxx

Can you explain how to get the blanket into the knees? I have a wool striped firm yoga blanket and it didn't go all the way into the back of my knees. Wonder if there is a trick for that?
