Can you practice the backbend in Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana)? Yes you can. In this practice we move into some small backbends towards Ardha Chandrasana with a backbend variation. Make sure you have a block near by.

Hi Marlene. That was a nice lead into it...of course one side is more difficult for me than the other...I find this in many poses. Thank you for that short practice.
