I like busting some myths about what we perceive as 'core'. Static holding of stronger poses doesn't really help us to integrate our strength and stability, so in this class there is a lot of movement/negotiation in stronger poses so that we can learn how to activate all of the muscles involved in executing a movement. Come join me - it's going to be fun too!

Thank you for this challenging yet soothing practice! Such a great combo of functional core movements + delicious mobility. My body is happily "organizing" all the information. I'm accepting your challenge and doing this a couple times a week for at least 2 weeks. I just finished session #2 and feel stronger than I did a few days ago. I also noticed that my movement patterns during a bike ride the day after I did this felt more spacious and relaxed.

Yes, it was challenging but this time more than ever, my body really got into the repetition and, when eventually it was over, I felt I could still go on and on. Julie, I really appreciate the way your classes are designed, all unique and, at the same time, similar in the fluidity and sense of freedom.
