In this yoga class, we'll practice a creative lunge twist and powerful goddess pose to strengthen the body in a playful way. This practice offers a fresh approach to yoga – at times, it may feel like a dance, while at other moments, you'll notice elements of Pilates. This class is best suited for intermediate practitioners, as some of the transitions may be challenging for beginners.

Lovely twists and rotations. Especially liked the twisted lunges. Transitions a bit complicated - had to keep changing position so I could see the screen! - but your instructions were great.
