Explore in greater detail the action of twisting, especially in the context of bearing weight. We begin with a visualisation practice of spirals before engaging in isolated twists to expand our awareness towards the nuances of spinal articulation. There will be opportunities to practice Side Crow from various entry points that accommodate a softer degree of twist in the body.

Enjoyed the visualisation of spiral (made me pull up my posture) - due to knee prob I held back on poses but was there in spirit if not fully in body!

Thanks Dacid. Question regarding plough pose at the end... I spend my days caring for young children so I am constantly bending and looking down. When I try to access plough I have so much stiffness in the back of my upper back/neck/head I feel like I can't get my feet to the floor behind me because of the pain. How do I start to counterpose and correct this tension I am building up in day to day life so I can access the pose again? Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.
