I think instructions are always good in the videos on this web site, but I'm getting more and more into the tutorials. Great tips to found there and I'm thinking it is actually rather important to have a look at them every now and then. After all, there is only so much information/instruction a teacher can give during a regular class. Thumbs up for this one, and others like it!

Hi, it's nice video. I don't feel good when I open hip and shoulder hard. Follow you again. You have many nice trousers. I really love them. What's mark? Thank you.

should the feet on the ground move to the midline when the other leg is lifted? i have the tendency to do that for stability. does this affect the opening and the alignment?

hi pinky, i tend to do that myself also and i think its good to do. However, there is something to say about the opening of the hips though. I approach asana practice from looking for the space in the body and if you open your hip, if we talk about opening and alignment, i think feet hip distance apart, leg up, open hip, gives more alignment in the opposite side of the body then when you would come from placing foot first to midline. Try both ways and have your attention not only in the hip rotation but in the opposite side of the body and the shoulders. See if you can maintain alignment there and if foot to midline yes, no makes any difference for that alignment.
