A great session, but challenging for me. I do yoga in the morning, when I am a bit stiff. And, standing balances are always a challenge as I pronate ( fall inward) and so wear orthotic arches. The balances are easy in my gym shoes, very hard barefoot. Will keep working on this one. Any suggestions?

Bit difficult when I am not there in person helen- you need to keep working on pressing / rooting downthru ball of big toe and lifting that inner arch. Keep looking at your foot and checking that your brain is connecting to it and making it respond!

I love this class Jeff. it seems to reach parts that don't often get a stretch. i did it on the back of a meditation from Marlene for strengthening and calming the nervous system. i am totally at peace now :-)

Another playful yet challenging class by Jeff Phenix ha ha ha! Awesome brother I had lots of fun, almost complete recovery on my lower back and then I will get to the challenging options, on the meantime Muchos hugs for you and Margot!

Yes indeed Flavia- don’t block or suppress the stuff that rises up- you just hold onto it and it gets stuck- it’s a positive process that creates healing when you let it work thru your system and be released rather than holding onto and blocking the energy flow
