Explore your inner landscape with this candle meditation. This practice can be more, dependant on how you feel. For a more intense experience tratak can induce the eyes to water, tears rolling down your cheeks to bathe and cleanse the eyes and releasing deep emotion. For the practice you will need a lit candle or an object to focus upon.

This was my favorite meditation I have tried yet! I usually find it hard to keep my eyes closed/relaxed during a meditation so getting to keep them open was verrrrry relaxing. My only distraction was the candle flame fluttering from my breath, :P then I noticed I was noticing that so back to the center. anyways this was brilliant. I am coming back to this one soon!
