Yay! Finally found on here a strong, more advanced full hour class that emulates what I find at my local yoga studio! I wish Ekhart has more like this!

I think that might have been my favourite warm-up ever! The rest of the class was pretty fab too! Love your pace of sequencing, moving from long-held poses to smooth flow (I say 'smooth' - in reference to yours - mine was a little wobbly at times, haha) Thank you, as always, and love to you and the little radish <3 x

Fabulous class, MacKenzie! I found it quite challenging as time went on - and had to take the odd break here and there! But I love these fast-paced sessions as they tend to release so much physical tension and sleep comes easily afterwards :-) Thanks for all your inspired teaching - I never miss one of your classes! love C XXX

I don't usually choose vinyasa flow classes as I get frustrated with the fast pace, but I felt drawn to this class and it has really helped me to release so much tension in my mind and body - I feel really good now! Thank you! I found the pace challenging at times but your words at the end helped me to understand why these fast-paced classes are still 'yoga' and I loved the balance the cool-down stretches gave to the class. Gemma, I find that the faster classes where I don't have a chance for my mind to kick in release so much physical and mental tension. I am happy to hear you had the same experience. I certainly try to provide some balance. Work hard=Luxurious cool down. :) Thanks for taking class with me.

What a wonderful practice! Visvamitrasana is so much more accessible in this practice...not that I can yet do the full pose but I will surely practice this pose by going first into alasana. Thank you!

Hi MacKenzie. I found this class very challenging, but as a few others said it made me totally focus. I cannot do all the poses (headstand) but I sure got a sweat on and felt totally energised by the end. Thank you. This will be my go-to hour yoga session. ;-)

Thank you so much for this lovely class Mackenzie. I've done it already many times, it's exactly the flow and intensity that I'm looking for, it's so strong! I wish Ekhart would offer more like this. To be honest I haven't been able to find one yet and I've tried quite a few. If you have any recommendations please let me know. In the meantime I'll return to yours ;))
