This practice is designed to help maintain strength, inner support and balance during the final trimester of pregnancy, with exercises to support and accommodate our growing bellies and shifting centres of gravity. We'll work with strengthening the lower body, gentle core engagement to bolster the belly, and lots of mobility for the hips and spine.
