This gentle practice combines meditation - both seated and in a supported reclined position - with gentle movement and restorative yoga to help release any tension in both the mind, and help ease any common discomforts associated with the third trimester. A place to let go and and support relaxation in the body throughout this time. 
Props: boolster, a couple of blocks and a meditation pillow, or some pillows from your couch or some blankets.
