The arising and cessation of 'states'

Thank you Burgs and Sandra (for your description of your experience). Isn't it challenging to talk about the ineffable? I am grateful that you are all helping us to find community in that expression.( After one of Esther's classes I had the sensation of a million fairy lights buzzing under my skin.) I really enjoyed this talk. I just want to point out that Burgs didn't mention sickness here, so I'm thinking maybe the title and descriptions are not the ones for this particular talk?
